Medical Receptionist/ Administrator

We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Harborne area of Birmingham who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary or permanent basis.

Duties include (but not limited to)

• · Taking inbound calls from patients
• · Booking Appointments
• · Post
• · Scanning of documents
• · Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne or Vision and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
