Office Angels are looking for a switched-on Membership Administrator to join a friendly and well-established charity that supports all charities to make the biggest difference possible. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small team of dedicated individuals who strive to up skill the charity sector, and work to create a more supportive environment for charities to operate in.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a first line support service, either by phone, e-mail or in person, by responding to requests for information from members and non-members within agreed timescales;
- Help manage the 'info', 'mail', 'membership', 'events' and general e-mail accounts;
- Administration of membership schemes on recruitment, during renewals and on an ad hoc basis;
- Provide administrative support at larger events
- Ensure that the organisation and contact details held on SAP B1 are maintained accurately including data relating to Special Interest Groups or Forums;
- Work with colleagues to ensure that regular reports can be easily obtained from SAP B1cross-team working;
- Be involved in relevant cross-organisational working groups, making suggestions and recommendations across teams based on the information and knowledge gained from working with customers on a day to day basis
Experience Required
- Experience of working in a customer services environment
- Good administration skills
- Understands the importance of being a team player and supporting others
- Experience using SAP B1 (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a small charity (Desirable)
