We are looking for a Merchant Sales Advisor for the South Region. This is a remote based role where you WILL be required to travel across the whole of the South. The role doesn’t need to have electrics or component industry experience but needs to be someone willing with a drive to get things done. You will be visiting our merchants and talking to them about our promotions, products etc.

What will you be doing?
- To own and develop the relationships between our merchant trade partners and the installer base customers that they service through their branch sales and build strong relationships at branch level that allow us to increase our brand and product awareness.
- Identify opportunities for greater exposure through, training, trading events, promotions and targeted campaigns that drive advocacy and opportunity for you to grow our business.
- You as the Merchant Sales Representative owns the relationship to sell the product effectively and maximizing revenue potential, ensuring achievement of individual sales target through planning, implementation, monitoring, control, and corrective action.
Skills required to do the role
- Based in the South of the UK (ideally within M4 or M25 area)
- Interest in sales career development with a drive and ambition to develop, grow and succeed.
- Knowledge of the HVAC market and experience selling connected/services is desirable
- Self-motivated – comfortable working independently and within a team.
- CRM experience, ideally.
- Demonstrate self-leadership and motivation to “push” sales into channel partners and “pull” into the Installers.
- 80% travel associated with the role within the South of the UK. Home-based.
