Step into the heart of our Merlin Entertainments Holidays call centre within Chessington World of Adventures as an Admin Assistant , where we offer a guaranteed 30 hours per week. You'll enjoy a full-time schedule spread across 5 out of 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
This role will involve handling refunds, updating bookings and replying to phone and email queries, offering friendly assistance to both our team and customers. Your knack for detail and commitment to service will make every customer feel truly cared for.
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with ISO, Opera and Adyen is beneficial.
Previous experience managing end-to-end projects.
Experience working in a Contact Centre (or similar) environment is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with an upbeat and approachable persona.
- Extremely detail oriented with high standards for accuracy and precision
- Organised individual who has excellent time management skills and flexible to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to adapt communication style.
