We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our client, who are an industry renowned mortgage brokerage, based in London.
This role will see you proving administrative support to the mortgage advisers and senior brokers to ensure a smooth process for all, you will do this by ensuring all tasks are recorded and acted upon within the agreed timescales.
Duties will include:
- Managing the full mortgage application process and ensuring it is processed in a timely manner. Approximately 20-30 new mortgages per month.
- Chasing lenders to ensure mortgage offers are delivered as quickly as possible.
- Dealing with incoming correspondence from clients, lenders and partners.
- Liaising closely with solicitors and chasing up anything that may be outstanding.

Paying £23,000 to £27,000 DOE
The ideal candidate will:
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Be confident, resourceful and proactive.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment.
Please note you must have previous experience within a similar mortgage admin role or financial services admin role to be considered.
