Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences Coordinator

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of domestic abuse, (physical, emotional and sexual violence, coercive control, so-called 'honour-based violence', forced marriage, stalking and harassment, human trafficking, FGM)
• Experience of working within the Domestic Abuse
• Experience of undertaking risk and needs assessments, safety and support planning
• Enhanced DBS

NonStop's client based in North West London are seeking MARAC Coordinator, where you will be responsible for ensuring that safeguarding and risk issues are identified and effectively managed through the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences.

You will manage the operation and administration of the (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference for this London Borough and support the improvement of community safety and social outcomes, including the progression and development of the Council's response to domestic abuse/VAWG, ensuring an effective approach across the partnership.

The Community Safety Service work to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour through community collaboration, neighbourhood problem solving and multi-agency working. Specific areas covered by the team include reducing Violence against Women and Girls, tackling Hate Crime, reducing knife crime and violence, managing adult offenders, countering extremism and preventing radicalisation.
