Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for an experienced and friendly Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance business unit based in Bolton. Working within void properties, you enjoy getting the job done, completing tasks such as carpentry, plastering and some basic tiling.
This role is based working in domestic void properties in Bolton and surrounding areas, therefore the majority of properties will be empty, however you may be working with residents on occasion, and take pride in making a difference to someones home.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative:
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in joinery/ plastering, or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds), however it is not essential if time served
Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity, being able to adapt additional mutiple trades, at a basic level
Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade operative role, with use of a company van and fuel card included!
