Location: Warrington office – Site based around Manchester– typically working 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

You will work on Reactive maintenance works within a live University environment. The works will be Multi Trade with a strong bias towards Groundworks ensuring works are delivered a high standard, the works will include Flagging, Blockwork, Concreting, General Building Maintenance, meaning your days will be varied and interesting.
You will also have access to training and development ensuring that you are continuously learning and progressing your own career.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a trade background, you must have Groundwork experience, working on Flagging, Blockwork, Concreting, General Building Maintenance .
- Working safely in a live education setting.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- Full UK driving license is required.
About You
Ideally you will possess a ground work related qualification with the ability to work across multiple trades, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
