My client are a leading ethical water business based out of South East England. Their vision is very simple - sell bottled water in the UK to fund water projects across the world. So far they have raised over £30 million and changed over 5 million people's lives through the provision of clean water access.
My client were one of the first brands to use recycled materials in their products, become carbon neutral and they continue to lead from the front in all things purpose and sustainability.
They offer a range of package formats as well developing and releasing a new range of hydrating and energising effervescent tablets too.
Due to continued growth in the business, they are now seeking a talented National Account Manager who will build on their success and change more lives in the future.
Description
The National Account Manager - High Street / QSR:
- Full P&L responsibility for 2 of their largest accounts - World Duty Free and a leading QSR account
- You will oversee all relationship management and create and own the strategic direction
- Full P&L responsibility to deliver year on year growth across Gross & Net profit KPI's
- Support the business development of further High Street / QSR accounts - e.g. some of Boots, Superdrug, WH Smith, McDonalds, Subway, KFC, Costa, Nero etc.
- Launch and execute NPD across the channel
- Analyse business performance to identify trends at the product/brand level and develop/execute strategies to grow sales and market share
- Manage operational and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Be commutable to visit customers (mainly based in London) and my clients South East England office, circa 2 - 3 days a week.
Profile
The Successful National Account Manager - High Street / QSR:
- A proven track record within an FMCG / Drinks business
- A proven track record working as a National Account Manager
- A proven track record managing some QSR (McDonalds, Subway, KFC, Costa, Starbucks, Nero etc) / some High Street (Boots, Superdrug, WH Smith etc) accounts
- Strong commercial skills and financial management
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A customer-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to visit customers is essential
- Be commutable to visit customers (mainly based in London) and my clients South East England office, circa 2 - 3 days a week.
Job Offer
The Successful National Account Manager - High Street / QSR:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum base salary (stretch to £60,000 per annum for someone excellent)
- £6,000 per annum car allowance
- Discretionary bonus + EMI shares

- Holiday allowance of 25 days per annum + bank holidays
