Job Title: Sales Director - Low Voltage Electrical Equipment

Area to be covered: National

Remuneration: £55,000-£75,000 + £15,000 uncapped commission
Benefits: £600 per month car allowance & benefits

The role of the National Sales Manager - Low Voltage Electrical Equipment will involve:

• Field sales position selling a distributed range Low Voltage Electrical Equipment including; consumer units, main switch, RCBO, MCB, RCD, surge protection devices, industrial plugs & sockets and rotary isolator switches
• Helping/ assisting Managing Director to manage a field sales team of three
• Improve the company’s marketing and sales strategy
• Focus of the role to break into national electrical wholesalers and buying groups
• Targeting top level management within national electrical wholesalers
• Small element of time stimulating demand with electrical contractors, electrical installers and end users
• Assist in developing and implementing product pricing system, sales strategy, regional coverage strategy and promotion plans
• New role for the business, created through growth

The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager - Low Voltage Electrical Equipment with:

• Field sales experience within Low Voltage Electrical products
• Must have sold into national electrical wholesale customers and/or national buying groups
• Relationships at head office level
• Great knowledge and experience in single phase and 3 phase consumer units
• Excellent strategy management experience
• Ideally 10 years+ industry experience
• High enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, honest and confident
• Open to general management and sales management/ sales director backgrounds
