- This is a national / home / field based people management role.
- You will be apart of the senior leadership team responsible for managing a successful field sales function that includes Account Managers and Key Account Managers with budget responsibility of C £40M.
- As National Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, train and motivate your team.
- The route to market is via merchants / distributors / retail and therefore a good handle on P&L is required.
- You will have an input in setting sales targets, 121's, performance reviews / plans, recruitment.
- Our client is looking for someone to lead by example and come with good commercial people management / coaching skills.

The Candidate for the National Sales Manager
- A track record and experience in people management.
- Ideally within construction sector with a merchant / distribution route to market.
- Exceptional / capable National / Regional Sales Managers from outside of the industry will be considered.
The Package on offer for the National Sales Manager
- £60,000 basic
- OTE C £40/ £50K uncapped
- High spec company car
