This is an exciting opportunity for a New Business Account Handler join their thriving, friendly team.
This is a full time, permanent role with exciting career prospects and competitive salary depending on experience. Hybrid working is available following successful training but you will need to be willing to travel to the Hastings office.
Main duties include:
- Looking after an existing book of commercial business
- Handling all commercial business and working within a small team in the office
- Manage and maintain key client relationships
- Supporting the Account Executive
- Attending client visits with the Account Executive
- Processing New Business
- Providing exceptional service to customers and building strong, long-term relationships
The successful candidate must have:
- Ideally 2 years’ experience minimum
- Cert CII qualification (desirable)
- Experience using the system Acturis
- A want to develop into a new role
- Experience in servicing Commercial Insurance business
- Good working knowledge of products and insurance market
- Tenacity and desire to succeed
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Passion for customer services and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
