Information about the role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Finance team and the IT and Marketing departments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic support to enhance decision-making within these business units. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving financial performance.
What are we looking for?

• A seasoned financial leader with a deep understanding of what makes a good Business Partner and navigate competing resource and investment priorities
• History of steering business decisions from a finance perspective
• Experience in developing business case templates and leading fact based discussions on investment decisions
• Deep understanding of different marketing and revenue models and how to evaluate and track ROI and performance
• Track record of driving change in an ambiguous and fast moving environment
• Hands on approach to delivering results
• Granular analysis of business cases and their underlying drivers and leveraging insights to drive action
• Demonstratable financial analysis and reporting experience
• Budgeting and Forecasting experience
• Strategic Decision Support
• Ability to see recommendations through to realised benefits
• Stakeholder management and resilience to overcome resistance
• Participate in other cross-functional projects and initiatives.
