DNA Recruit is working with a dynamic retail design and production agency, blending creativity with commercial savvy. They excel in both digital and physical retail, emphasizing seamless online-to-offline strategies.
As the New Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in championing the agency, identifying and securing new clients, and shaping compelling content to attract them. You'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise in relationship building and sales tactics to expand their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively target and engage prospective clients, nurturing relationships to unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead client outreach efforts, scheduling and conducting initial meetings, and guiding clients through the tender process.
- Line manage the New Business Manager and Junior Marketing Manager to ensure their success.
- Lead the development of agency credentials and participate in internal lead generation strategy meetings.
- Provide pre- and post-meeting support, including research, presentation creation, and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant networks and events.
- Collaborate with the senior team to identify business development opportunities and drive client relations initiatives.
