Duration: 6 months +
Hours: 37.5 - Flexible (min 30 hours)
There is an option for a compressed week or part time!
Hybrid Working up to 2 days a week.
Main Duties:
- To provide comprehensive Personal Assistant support/secretarial duties.
- Demonstrating strong pro activity and the ability to anticipate needs and requirements
- To deal with telephone enquiries and relay messages prioritising and taking action where appropriate
- To collate, understand and interpret complex information and present the information in an understandable way
- Liaise confidently with staff and colleagues and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Personal Assistant or equivalent secretarial experience.
- Complex diary management and organisational skills, ensuring duties are dealt with timely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills. Experience in Microsoft programmes.
