The Guinness Partnership’s Supported Living Team support vulnerable Adults with Learning Disabilities to assist them in achieving their full potential whilst meeting their everyday care needs. Our Care and Support Workersare the heart of our organisation which is why we need YOU!
We are looking for a Care and Support Workerto work nights , from 10pm to 8am on a rota basis.
The successful applicant will have a compassionate and caring nature, be committed to making a difference to our customer’s lives and have a great sense of humour!
You will be providing high-quality, person-centred care and your duties will be to support our customers through the night, delivering personal care (toileting, washing, dressing) administering medication, as well supporting our customers with their morning routines and preparing breakfast.
Ideally you will have experience as a care assistant, however full training is offered, so we would consider applications from those who can demonstrate the right values.
