We are looking for a Night Manager. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Assistant Reception Manager.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off / 8pm to 8am

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Night Manager you will:

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees on property whilst on shift in the Night department making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Conduct briefings for all staff during Night Shift – evening and morning handover.
• Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests.
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
• Act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Resident Manager dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
• Manage the night shift and ensure to perform the tasks assigned to you and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
• Welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy.
• To take reservation enquiries according to Mystery Shopper standards, whilst being aware of all Hotel promotions, therefore maximising occupancy and revenue.
