Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Nurse Manager to join our team to support our clients with complex care needs in both brain and spinal injury. You will be expected to travel within your remit to meet the client’s needs. The role is based across Oxford and Luton area.

To join our team, you will need to have experience in the following:
- Be a qualified Nurse and hold a current NMC registration.
- You will be passionate and possess a can-do-attitude with a desire to go above and beyond what is needed.
- You will be responsible to plan and manage community nursing and care services for agiven area ensuring services are provided to an excellent standard and delivered in a way that encourages the involvement of clients (service users and their families) to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- To inspire and motivate staff team to deliver high quality client-focused services while developing team members' skills and capacity to meet clients' needs and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
· Represent clients and the company at multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Passionate in promoting independence for those needing care from long term conditions.
- Must possess a clean driving licence with own car and happy with the travel needed.
