We are working with family orientated provider who have a group of care homes around the midlands, and are looking for a Home Manager to manage as large Nursing Home in your area. The role comes with a competitive salary of up to 65,000 Plus Bonus and a great benefits package.
As a Home Manager in a Nursing Home, you will be expected to:
- Motivate, and involve your team in providing exceptional personalized care and support to residents, allowing them to embrace later life with well-being.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and financial aspects of the home, managing occupancy levels and operating profit, all while ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally,
- Fostering positive internal and external relationships is crucial
To apply for this Home Manager role, it is essential you have an NMC Pin/Nursing qualification, you will also need:
- Previous experience managing a large Nursing Home.
- A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards
