My clients home in the Lemington Spa area is currently looking for an experienced manager who can offer support through out the home on a daily basis. The home is set in a beautiful location and offers a wide range of activities meaning that no day is the same. With a score of 9.8/10 on care homes this is certainly a home that you would be proud to work for.
My client is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager who has had some management experience to support the team in their roles.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Managing the nursing and wider team across the home
- Rota planning, Audits and working along side the relevant authorities
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the Senior Management team
- Promoting a positive safe environment for all staff and residents
- Ensuring that all care-plans are person-centred, reviewed and updated regularly
- Promote independence and choice through developing relationships with the residents and ensuring that physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Work within the guidelines of the CQC and ensure that their key lines of enquiry are met on a daily basis
- Offer support to guide and teach others in line with NMC code at all times
- Ensure that medication is received, stored, administered and ordered in line with legislation and company policy.
Person specification:
- Have a live, valid NMC PIN
- Have a genuine passion and motivation to work within the Care Sector

- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
