A wonderful opportunity for an Office Accounts Assistant to join a small friendly professional team located in Poole.
Accounts experience is essential!
Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary - up to 30k DOE
Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department.
- Organise and schedule meetings.
- Providing support to the senior team in creating and managing presentations (not presenting).
- Greet and welcome visitors into the office.
- Organise travel arrangements including flights and hotels.
- Accounts including accounts receivable, monthly invoicing, issuing customers contracts, debt control, account reconciliation and the collection of monies.
- Management of the office requirements and supplies.
Skills required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite.
- Have strong communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner - you will need to speak to colleagues of all levels.
- Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Be adaptive to change.
- Good attention to detail.
- Operations/PA/Admin experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
