We're currently recruiting a dedicated Office Admin Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.As a Office Admin Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.   • As an Administrator, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

The successful Administrator will undertake the following duties:

  • Photocopying
  • Tidying
  • General filing and maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Answering the telephone and deal with queries in polite and professional manner
  • Produce reports and presentations on request
  • Attend meetings and be a note taker
  • Order stationery
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required
