We are looking for a part time or full-time Administrator to join a busy team in Billingham. This is for a contract position (16-18 months) and our client is keen for somebody to start as soon as possible.
Job Specification:
- Answer telephone and greet visitors
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor accounts and general email boxes
- Print, sort and distribute invoices
- Raise and record job numbers for small works and projects
- Record and update contract award / contract start information
- Produce purchase and subcontractor orders
- Set up and verify new subcontractors
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Book accommodation
- Record staff holidays
- General support for accounts team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous office experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Confident communicator
- Attention to detail as well as data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload
Full training will be given so no previous experience of bespoke software necessary.

- Full time hours: 36.5 hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 3.45pm Friday
