Office Administrator
About us:
Med Therapeutics was created in 2018 by Dr Henning Lorenz – one of the founding fathers of two of the largest Therapeutic Support Surface providers in the world.
Med Therapeutics require an Office Administrator at their Eastbourne Office, to join a small team supplying Medical Devices B2B
Duties Include:
- Oversee the company QMS (ISO9001)
- Manage our medical device compliance records
- Oversee inventory control & reorder as required
- Liaise with our partner in Germany for their requirements
- Liaise with our supplier in Taiwan as required
- Look after the AR & chase customer payments as required
- Some bookkeeping duties to assist our part time bookkeeper
- Some PA duties (typing up notes etc, booking flights etc) for the MD
- Data entry and overseeing all document control to ensure it is all up to date (pricing, product detail, shipping etc)
- Oversee Sea & Air Freight shipments from Taiwan
- Assist the sales Desk & Service Desk during vacations
- Other duties as reasonable within the remit of an administrator
A successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role

Hours: Full Time – some flexibility allowed to parents involved in school runs but a minimum of 32 hours is expected.
