Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated part time Office Administrator to join our team. As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting our Maintenance Team and play a crucial role in the effective running of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritising and allocating maintenance tasks in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinate maintenance rotas for all maintenance staff for Toast Maintenance
- Liaise with office to identify any repair or maintenance needs
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Liaise with the Accounts department regarding costings and invoicing
- Stock management and ongoing monitoring
- Ensure compliance with legislation, property certificates and safety standards maintained
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Collaborate with property owners to ensure their satisfaction with property conditions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Confident and decisive approach
- Good team player
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and staff simultaneously
- Previous experience in working for a trade company or related field is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
