We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a full-time, permanent role based on-site in Birmingham.
Working hours are 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for administrating existing domestic and overseas customer requirements involving the sale and export of goods in accordance with current export legislation and customer schedules/lead times.
- Support the day-to-day account management of the field sales team.
Job Duties:
- Management of daily sales orders, invoicing, scheduling and export documentation existing customers.
- Handling customer quotations and enquires by phone and email.
- Administration of contractual documentation.
- Ensure accurate communication of delivery updates to customers.
- Provide internal operations accurate customer product demand schedules and purchasing requirements.
Candidate Specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of export procedures and processes.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
