Role Description
Due to significant and ongoing growth, REClifts is looking to recruit a Office Administrator to provide a proactive recruitment service and make an impact in shaping their business' success in 2024!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen and format all candidate CV's, filtering applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in their applicant tracking system.
- Maintaining all mileage and expenses record keeping
- Liasing with external suppliers about office & marketing equipment
- Coordinating lift industry and recruitment-specific marketing events
Qualifications & Ability
- Experienced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field - Desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
