Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company based in Trafford Park, Manchester

The Package:

The basic salary for the Office Administrator role is £12 per hour

IN this role you will be working 3 days per week, must be Monday and Tuesday plus one other day – The office opens at 7:30, start time to be agreed.

Hours are 8 per day with 30mins unpaid lunch.

This role has the possibility of more hours in the future depending on the business workload

The Role:

As the Office Administrator will be responsible for:

• Inputting staff timesheets on the Vixen programme (training will be given)
• Inputting Sub contractor timesheets with purchase orders and sending to relevant Agency and Purchase Ledger.
• Placing Orders on sub-contractors and suppliers
• General office duties include raising invoices, purchase orders and answering the office phone.

The Candidate:

To be the right person for the Office Administrator role you will require:

• Transport to Office at Trafford Park.
• Computer literate.
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to cover extra hours due to holidays.
• Must like dogs
