We are currently working with a well-established construction company who provides installation and maintenance services across a variety of sectors.
Due to growth of the business - they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team - candidates must have previous experience working within the construction industry.
Position Overview - Office Administrator
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and various departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for company documents.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance needs.
Position Requirements - Office Administrator
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience within the construction industry - roofing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Position Remuneration - Office Administrator
- £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
