A telecommunication provider based in the heart of London is seeking an Administrator to support the office and management team!
Your new role
- Manage office procedures
- First point of contact for visitors / any queries
- Distribute incoming and outgoing post
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
- Booking meeting rooms - arranging hospitality/catering where required
- Coordinating office repairs and maintenance
- Ordering stock for the office
- Opening of the office.
- Managing inventory
- Supporting HR with any documentation and reporting - filing and archiving any documents
- Maintaining bespoke office platforms
- Drafting contracts when needed.
- Organising events for the office
What you\'ll need to succeed
Experience in a similar position in a professional services firm.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to go into the office 4 days a week.
