SF Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients team in Birmingham.
Salary: GBP25–26,000 per annum
Permanent Contract
Responsibilities:
First port of call for office lineSupporting drivers – PPE, travel arrangements etc.Health & Safety – collate site boxes for new project sitesOperations & Maintenance (O & M) manualChasing sub–contractors accreditations – including keep database up–to–dateMaintain PAYE/Regular subcontractors accreditation databaseBooking courses for operativesUpdating vehicle spreadsheet – Arrange MOT's & ServicesRequesting Insurance renewal documents from SubcontractorsMaintaining basic office Outlook calendarChecking DVLA licensesArrange PAT testing once a yearRecord Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) going out to sites & to individualsReading meters to check bills & renewalsPA duties
