Office Administrator

We are looking for a temporary Office Administrator to support our recruitment business in Birmingham Business Park.
The role would be from 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Immediate start available. Pay rate 12.50ph.
This role is diverse, and no day will be the same. You will be conducting administrative duties, administrative support for staff and act as a general support for the team.
Are you the right person for the job?

• Computer literate, experience with Word, Excel, outlook and various bespoke In office systems
• Able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Speaking on the phone and using Microsoft Teams
• Good communication skills able to speak with candidates and occasionally clients
• Good organisation skills & ability to deal with multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in administration
