We're looking for a highly driven, experienced, and organized administrative assistant with a proven track record of data input and CRM use. The role of our Office Admin (Installation Department)
(These roles will vary depending on which department you are placed in)
- Producing our quotes for customers.
- Organising site surveys and scheduling sub-contractors diaries.
- Organising installation of two-pole isolatoers with national SIP companies.
- Assisting with handover documents & customer certification.
- Administrative support to office.
- Data entry and validation on our CRM.
- Supporting with straightforward reporting and data input.
- General office management.
- Outbound confirmation calls of solar orders.
