**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Full Time 35 hours per week.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Sage 50 and Sage payroll software for financial record-keeping
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Computerize information for easy retrieval
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
**Skills:**
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of general office procedures and organizational skills
- Ability to computerize information for efficient storage and retrieval
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative capabilities to support office functions
