We are thrilled to partnering with CQI, Chartered Quality Institute to recruit their new Office Administrator.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will provide broad administrative support to the Corporate Services and Senior Leadership team, whilst support the general facilities-related duties.
Contract: 9 months / until October 2024 (then to be reviewed)
Hybrid: 3 days in the Chancery Lane office and 2 from home (flexibility required)
Duties include:
- Ensuring all visitors are greeted in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Management and maintenance of meeting rooms.
- Organising and laying out refreshments for meetings.
- Helping ensure office equipment is sourced, maintained and disposed of in a cost-effective manner.
- Helping with organising appropriate maintenance of the office, e.g. repairs, sourcing/moving furniture, replacing light bulbs.
- Maintaining inventory of keys and permanent/temporary access passes.
- Ensuring stationery and kitchen supplies are purchased.
- Ensuring storage areas are tidy, safe and well-organised.
- Keeping records of attendance and visitors for Health & Safety purposes.
- Collecting and allocating incoming post.
- Providing ad hoc project and administrative support to the Corporate Services team.
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive office-support experience.
- Positive and friendly attitude, able to build good relationships quickly.
- A can-do attitude, with willingness and buy-in re: breadth of duties.
- Excellent customer care skills when greeting visitors.
- Well organised with ability to multi-task.
- Takes own initiative with enthusiasm to take on ad-hoc projects.
