Your new role
This will be a busy admin support role covering sickness. A start in October is required. The role will report to the Office Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to cover off general administration duties. The successful candidate will have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this upon application.
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include ;
- Data Entry
-Reception cover - answering a busy phone line, taking messages, taking calls
- Document handling, scanning and acquiring documents
- Producing and allocating PO numbers
- Inbox management - filing emails on projects
- Use of MS Office
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant needs to be able to start work immediately for temporary work in Sheffield.
Previous Admin, reception experience is required
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
