Based in Bangor, this organisation is currently going through a period of growth throughout Northern Ireland. They specialise in business consultancy and are looking to bring in an administrator to assist their team with day-to-day tasks.
Your new role
In this role, you will be an administrator for a wider team. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Gather customer data and upload this to the company\'s CRM system
- Booking of consultations and appointments for clients
- Process and prepare important documentation
- Manage and organised appointments for potential clients
- Work efficiency with team members
- Identify new potential customers and provide excellent customer service
- Manage the social media pages related to business
- Ad hoc administrative duties
What you\'ll need to succeed
Successful candidates will look like the following:
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent customer service experience
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills - candidates must have experience using MS Suite
