Berry Recruitment are looking for an Office Administrator / Customer Service
Duties
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing.
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with organising meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficient in office procedures and protocols.
- Excellent phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
