OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for our busy Transport office.
Principle Responsibilities
Admin
· Prepare payroll details for processing by external payroll provider.
· Maintaining employee records, electronic and paper based.
· Recording and Tracking Staff Expenses
· Supporting the co-ordination of local recruitment and induction activity, ensuring vacancies are filled and new employees are inducted to the company standards required.
· Liaise with Management, Line Managers, and Employees in general HR queries.
· Insurance Claims, Recording, tracking status of claims.
· Maintaining the PO system from preparation to closing on receipt of invoice.
Standards
Maintaining Compliance with existing Standards, Regulations and Legislation including: -
· Assisting with the Internal Audits.
· Maintaining all records required.
· Liaise with External Auditors and 3rd Party Auditors.
· Maintaining records of H & S incidents.
· Assist with any investigation of incidents.
· Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures.
· Ensure all vehicles are compliant with vehicle legislation and regulations.
Assisting with the implementation of new Standards when identified including: -
· ISO 9001
· ISO 14001
· ISO 45001.
Person Specification
· Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an administrative role.
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
· Articulate and well-developed written and oral skills.
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Ability to perform routine duties with minimum supervision.
· Ability to work on a variety of assignments at one time.
· Ability to recognize deviation from requirements and standard practice and understanding associated risks is essential in role.
Salary: will be discussed at interview

8 hours shifts
