An established and successful family owned retail company are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and experienced Administrator with strong organisational skills.
Key Duties:
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Dealing with invoices
- Answering phone calls
- Production management
- Account management
- Import/export procedures and potentially attending overseas trade shows
- General adhoc duties
Key Skills:
- Strong administration skills

- Ability to take initiative, ability to introduce new systems ideal
- Good organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
