Title:Office Administrator
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000
Location: Windsor
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating social and team-building events
- Greeting visitors and managing phone calls
- Creating presentations and PowerPoint slides
- Preparing for meetings and gatherings
- Transcribing letters and meeting minutes
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation
- Handling any IT issues
- Handling parking permit arrangements and renewals
We are looking for:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
