This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in data entry, and possess strong computer skills.
Key Details: Office Administrator
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists and customer databases
- Assist in HR matters
- Assist in organising employee development and training
- General Administrative duties
- Ensure company insurances are current and up to date
- Organise vehicle/machines repairs, services, MOT’s and Tax with external suppliers

- Salary up to £26,000
