Office Admin Assistant with Delivery Driver duties - based near Ealing Broadway station
Contract Type: 6 month Temporary role, to become permanent if you are the right person
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Saturday) - flexible on days
Salary: £25000 - £33000 - negotiable depending on level of experience and motivation for the role
Location: Less than 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station
Job Description:
- Printing and collating mail using various basic print equipment
- Maintaining stock levels
- Basic emailing duties
- Delivering printed materials to various locations (by car and on foot)
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients.
- Occasional (optional) night work available in return for days in lieu.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence (vehicle provided)
- A good level of spoken and written English.
- Ensure that all Company systems and procedures are followed at all times
- Keep a tidy, safe working environment following all Health and Safety procedures
- Training will be provided for all parts of the job.
- Applicants must have held a Full UK Driving License for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 3 points and for insurance reasons must be over 21.
Nice to have:
- Reasonable level of core fitness is an advantage
- NVQ Level 2 in mail services an advantage but not a necessity.
