The Job:
As Office and Administration Assistant you will work to support the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth running of business operations is maintained. You will carry out office administration duties, such as taking and directing calls, carrying out data entry, and maintaining and updating records. You will also support the sales function of the business. For instance, you may be placing orders, checking purchase lists, responding to sales enquiries and helping with the trade counter.
This would be an early career role with the organisation, with the opportunity to train within the internal sales function for the right candidate.
About You:
You will have previous experience in Office and business administration, able to work to a high degree of accuracy and respond to changing priorities. You will have confident IT skills and a professional telephone manner, able to deliver a high standard of customer service to clients and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Salary:
Dependant on Experience.
The Hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday.
8.30am to 4.30pm, Fridays.
