Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Responsibilities
- Open and scan all incoming post to their respective departments
- Frank all outgoing post
- Action and complete all print requests within the centralised inbox
- Scan files/documents in a timely manner
- Restocking printers and consumables
- Process all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets
- Complete all documentation relating to items that are to be archived and or retrieved
- Ensure the practice management system is updated to correctly record the location of all items
- Act upon the clients instructions to close, archive and record all files being issued to storage
- File closure administration
- To assist in the collation of information on this service area for including in the monthly reports
- Collect and input monthly reporting information
- Ensure all paperwork and tracking sheets are correctly completed and recorded
- All other duties as assigned by the on business services manager or client
- To be aware of the day to day health and safety requirements surrounding working area
- Any other reasonable request made by your line manager
- Maintaining all filing in a tidy and orderly manner
