REED Business Support in Bath is excited to announce an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a local firm with an office in Central Bath. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. The firm offers private healthcare and the position is office-based. They are looking for someone with previous Administration experience.
Typical Duties Include:
- Maintain accurate document management and filing
- Handle telephone and intercom duties, manage post, and turn on/off TV screen daily
- Run occasional errands and perform other administrative tasks as required
- Check meter readings for Bath properties as required and provide serviced office support
- Assist with Bath property viewings and maintenance checks
- Hand out keys to contractors as directed, ensuring their return, and ensure contractor insurance is current
- Perform other administrative tasks as required

- Numerate
- Experienced multi-tasker
- Thorough and conscientious
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible in support of colleagues as required (e.g., holiday cover, busy periods)
- Articulate, with a confident and polite telephone manner and accurate message-taking skills
- Essential IT skills, including Excel and SharePoint, and adaptability to bespoke systems used for our accounts packages
