We are urgently looking to recruit an Office Assistantto work in our reputable, worker friendly Westbury (BA13) based client on a PART-TIME basis.
- Are you happy working on computers? (You will be using Microsoft Word and Excel as part of your daily duties)
- Are you happy speaking with customers on the phone?
- Are you happy working within a small, enthusiastic team?
- Are you a quick learner?
- Are you looking for a permanent role?
Duties;
- Completing admin tasks as requested by management (Knowledge of Sage preferred but not essential)
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and re-directing as appropriate, and ensuring messages are passed on promptly
- Checking emails and assigning accordingly
- Making outbound telephone calls to customers (with full & ongoing training provided)

Hours and pay;
- 09.00-16.00 on Monday and Tuesday, 09.00-15.00 on Friday
- £12.00 per hour
