Based out of a lovely modern office in the West End, the Office Assistant will be joining a young, friendly, and collaborative team. This is the perfect role for a highly professional and personable candidate who has a real muck-in attitude and is confident working as part of a team as well as individually. This opportunity provides great exposure to an ambitious candidate looking to get involved in a variety of different responsibilities, including Front of House duties, office management support, supporting the HR team, ad hoc PA support, and assisting with the organisation of internal and external events. We are looking for a Office Assistant who has a highly service-orientated approach, as well as being exceptionally organised and capable of juggling multiple and conflicting priorities.
This Office Assistant role will suit a candidate who enjoys building strong long-term relationships, being a go-to person in the office, and takes a ‘can-do’ approach to their work. The successful candidate will have experience within hospitality, and ideally some office experience too.
This role will suit someone looking for slightly reduced hours of 9am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, or full time 9am-5pm.
Based 5 days per week in their offices near Piccadilly Circus
