A market-leading law firm are seeking a Corporate Assistant/Administrator to join their central Bristol office to support the Office Manager with front of house and office administration duties, and provide excellent professional service.
This is a full-time, permanent position (36.25 hours per week).
In this role, you will be instrumental to assisting with the daily operations of the firm, with general office administrative duties including:
- Processing mail
- Photocopying
- Liaising with clients
- Setting up events
- Front of house duties/reception cover
To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience as a Secretary, Assistant or Administrator in a similar setting.
