OFFICE MANAGER - £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) - LIVERPOOL (CITY CENTRE) - PERMANENT

As the valued support for the full administration support to the team you'll have a varied and busy day. Responsible for all office management requirements you will also
be supporting the practice through management and organisation of the office environment, equipment, stationary, and liaison with external IT support providers.
You'll support the partners with basic PA duties (diary management, travel, coordination)
General administrative support to all members of technical staff including research tasks, producing/binding of project reports and organising printing/mounting/delivery of presentation boards.
Full management of diaries for internal and external meetings, managing the meeting room calendars, including the organisation of refreshments.
Assist with compliance and support the practice's ongoing commitment to ISO 9001 and 14001 through audit and compliance checks.
You'll be working with external accreditation bodies such as Investors-In-People and Constructionline, ensuring compliance with health and safety at work regulations on behalf of the office (organising fire training, organising first aid kits etc).
Working on-site Monday to Friday with a 3pm finish Fridays.
